Roses Set to Bloom July 11, 2025
Grand Ole Opry Debut Slated for July 13, 2025
Nashville, Tenn. (March 7, 2025) — Curb Records artist Stars Go Dim paves the road to its fourth studio
endeavor, Roses, with “Discover God,” out today (3/7) — listen HERE. Additionally, an accompanying music
video for the fresh original premieres on YouTube today at 10 a.m. CT HERE. Roses is set to bloom July 11,
2025. Meanwhile, Stars Go Dim will celebrate its release with their Grand Ole Opry debut, officially slated for
July 13, 2025.
Stars Go Dim continues looking for God in unexpected places on “Discover God.” Opening with an
unforgettable sax solo, the autobiographical track details how frontman Chris Cleveland has experienced holy
moments outside the four walls of the church. From ordinary days with his wife and kids to a meaningful
conversation with a friend to a beautiful sunset, Cleveland traces the fingerprints of God across the seemingly
insignificant instances of life.
“Honestly, when it comes to the sound of a song, I’ve never heard a song sound as good as this song. It’s just so
good. The vibe is unbelievable. And just content-wise, I love what it says. It’s about finding God in all of these
places that we miss Him. And it might be my favorite song on the whole record. It’s definitely one of my
favorites to play live,” says Cleveland of the selection he penned with labelmate Sarah Reeves and Micah
Kuiper. “Hopefully, when you listen to it, if you can get through the 46-second saxophone intro, you’re going to
love ‘Discover God’ as much as I do.”
“Discover God” is the third offering Cleveland has leaked from Roses thus far, following the piano-led, choir-
assisted title cut and lead single “Mama Don’t Lie (Alright).”
Co-producing for the first time, Cleveland embraces the genuine joy that comes from a slower pace and a
different point of view on Roses. Exploring his dynamic range across the project’s 11 original tracks, the top-
shelf singer chases a retro sound marinated in the groove-heavy beats of the ’70s. From the jangly piano intro of
infectious opener “Mama Don’t Lie (Alright)” to the nostalgic emotional pull of closer “Good Days,” the fresh
LP blossoms with the hope that God is always waiting to be found.
In anticipation of his forthcoming album, Cleveland is encouraging listeners to stop and smell the roses by
giving away a dozen roses each week for six weeks. The “Roses Sweepstakes” ends Mar. 14, but fans still have
one more week to enter HERE.
