Friday, April 15th, 2011 – The Judds highly anticipated original docu-series debuted this past Sunday with over 1.7 million total viewers tuning in to watch the special two-hour premiere featuring the mother-daughter duo preparing for their first tour together in 10 years. Outside of launch week, The Judds was the highest rated premiere on the new Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) as well as the number one social media trend for cable during the episode. Hundreds of viewers logged on to participate in a live, online chat during the two-hour premiere.

Thursday, April 14th, 2011 - It was early in February when Nashville music mogul Mike Curb and Mayor Karl Dean unexpectedly crossed paths on separate business trips to Southern California.

Over lunch in L.A., the conversation turned to a pending anti-discrimination measure that would set rules for companies seeking city contracts. It would prevent firms from discriminating on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity.

Thursday, April 14th, 2011 - Curb Recording artist Ashley Gearing had a nice surprise today when Cincinnati Bengals NFL Wide Receiver, Chad Ochocinco, tweeted that he "was in the gym with Ashley Gearing's song entitled 5 More Minutes on repeat, awesome song, something about country music is very compelling."

Within an hour the word had spread throughout his fan base and Ashley had over 300 new Twitter friends. Ochocinco later tweeted, “I’m pretty sure it’s Ashley Gearing that’s making country music compelling…yep, I’m positive.”

The new compilation will feature twelve classics as well as two brand new songs: “I Will Stand By You” and “Back Home” (featuring Alison Krauss). These new songs celebrate the first time the legendary duo have recorded together since 2004 when Naomi joined Wynonna for “Flies On The Butter,” which is also featured on the album.

Sauter bests Busch for first win at Martinsville
Takes Truck Series points lead for first time with third career Truck victory

Monday, April 4th, 2011 - Pole-sitter Johnny Sauter on the next-to-last lap of Saturday's Kroger 250 at Martinsville Speedway and held on to post his first Camping World Truck Series victory of the season and the third of his career.
Busch, who has never won a race at Martinsville, ran second, .453 seconds behind Sauter. Ron Hornaday finished third, followed by his team owner, Kevin Harvick, who recovered from early trouble to finish fourth.
